Description
A £6.7M refurbishment to the existing multi-storey office block providing 77,243 sq ft of Grade A office place. The project included the reconfiguration and extension of an inviting feature glass entrance with a bespoke cantilevered glass canopy. Additional open plan office space was provided with a column removal and infill at first floor level.
