Appointed by Hark Group and Apollo Real Estates, Acies has project managed the scheme throughout the planning and tender process, agreed specification with the tenant and is now acting as employer’s agent project managing the scheme.
The 50,000 sq ft extension will triple the retail unit in size and will see the inclusion of a second floor, giving it an outward facing entrance onto the walkway.
