Following the successful completion of the first and second phases of re-imaging and extension works at Maybird Shopping Park, Hermes Real Estate has continued its relationship with property and construction consultancy Acies, to include the third phase.

Acies will provide project management, architecture, engineering, and CDM services for the construction of four further units and a management suite. Due to commence on site in February, the project will see the demolition of the existing Burger King unit and is expected to complete in Summer 2009.

Dedicated to offering innovative design and management solutions, Acies supported both phase one and two of the redevelopment, with structural engineering, project management and CDM services. They also advised on the rebranding of the shopping park and  improvements to the original infrastructure.
