Phased CAT A refurbishment of 9 storey office building in central London. Initial phases include refurbishment of 50,000 sqft of office space over two levels. Acies advised on structural implications of the refurbishment including structural alterations to ground floor level to modernise reception area, form new retail unit and construct new entrance canopy.
Future phases include further CAT A refurbishment of office levels, potential extensions and alterations to form further office and retail space.
